What if we could approach ourselves, our relationships, and even life's greatest challenges with curiosity rather than fear? With compassion rather than judgment?

What if, instead of trying so hard to fix ourselves, we learned to listen?

For as long as I can remember, I've been curious about what it means to be human. Why we hide parts of ourselves. Why we struggle to feel worthy of love. And what becomes possible when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves.

These questions have guided much of my life and are at the heart of the work I share today.

Life is full of catalysts

Sometimes they arrive as challenges. A health concern, a difficult relationship, an uncomfortable emotion, or an unexpected change.

Other times, they arrive as inspiration. A new possibility, a moment of connection, or a quiet knowing that something in our lives is ready to shift.

I believe any experience can become an invitation to greater awareness.

The question isn't always how to change what's happening around us, but how we might meet it differently.

This is the heart of my work as a Catalyst & Coherence Coach: supporting people in recognizing life's invitations to change while cultivating the awareness, inner steadiness, and practical tools to navigate them.

And sometimes, the most loving response isn't to change anything at all. It's simply to allow ourselves to be where we are.

A lifetime of exploration

For more than three decades, I've immersed myself in the study and practice of meditation, yoga, consciousness, and the relationship between mind, body, and spirit.

My journey has taken me through many traditions, including Vipassana, mindfulness, Kundalini, mantra meditation, and the precise, deeply attentive practice of Iyengar yoga.

Along the way, I've taught yoga, owned a yoga studio, guided meditation, and supported others in cultivating a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

I'm a certified Health and Life Coach and Yoga Instructor, with extensive experience in breathwork, meditation, heart coherence, and embodied awareness.

Yet some of my greatest teachers have been life itself.

Relationships. Motherhood. Loss. Love. Uncertainty. And the moments when everything I thought I knew was suddenly called into question.

When life became the teacher

In 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Suddenly, everything I had spent years exploring was no longer simply a philosophy or practice. It became deeply personal.

I was facing difficult decisions, uncertainty, and the very real possibility of death.

And I found myself asking a question I had never imagined needing to answer:

Could I meet even this experience with love?

Not by denying the fear or turning away from the medical realities and difficult emotions that came with them.

But by remaining curious. Listening to my body. Allowing myself to feel what I felt, while seeking the care, knowledge, and support I needed.

I drew upon both conventional medicine and complementary practices, including water fasting, nutrition, meditation, breathwork, movement, and other supportive therapies.

But perhaps one of my greatest discoveries was just how supported I was.

I began to notice what felt like breadcrumbs appearing along the way. A conversation, a person, a piece of information, an unexpected opportunity. Each seemed to lead me toward something I needed, often before I even knew to look for it.

I didn't have a map. I didn't know where the path would lead. But I began to trust that I didn't need to see the whole journey. I only needed to recognize the next breadcrumb and be willing to follow it.

The more I listened, the more I felt the Universe was supporting me.

And I began to understand that being an active participant in my healing didn't mean I had to figure everything out or carry it all on my own.

Sometimes it meant taking action.

Sometimes it meant asking for help.

And sometimes it meant becoming quiet enough to recognize what was already being offered.

Cancer challenged me in ways I could never have imagined. It deepened my understanding of compassion, receptivity, resilience, and the extraordinary importance of feeling supported.

I learned that love isn't always a feeling of peace or happiness.

Sometimes love looks like fear being met with tenderness. Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary, grieving what has been lost, or finding the courage to make a difficult decision.

And sometimes it means allowing ourselves to be exactly where we are.

The birth of The AMORE Method™

Over time, my personal experiences and decades of practice came together into an approach I now call The AMORE Method™.

At its heart is the understanding that meaningful, lasting change doesn't have to come from pushing harder, judging ourselves, or trying to become someone else.

It can begin with awareness, compassion, and a willingness to listen.

Through heart coherence, breathwork, mindful movement, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, emotional exploration, and personalized health and life coaching, I support people in reconnecting with themselves and discovering new ways of responding to life's challenges.

Together, we explore how to support the nervous system, recognize habitual patterns, move through difficult emotions, nourish the body, and cultivate a more trusting relationship with ourselves.

Because lasting change isn't simply about what we do. It's also about how we relate to ourselves while doing it.

I believe each of us carries an innate capacity for wisdom, connection, and transformation.

My role isn't to tell you who to be or what your life should look like.

It's to help create the space in which you can hear yourself more clearly.

How I can support you

People come to this work for many different reasons.

Some are navigating a cancer diagnosis, moving through treatment, or finding their way in the unfamiliar territory of life after cancer.

Others are experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, health concerns, or a major life transition.

Sometimes the journey begins with something practical: wanting to change the way we eat, support our health through nourishing food choices, improve our energy, or establish healthier daily habits.

Together, we can explore sustainable lifestyle changes and the patterns that influence our well-being.

But I'm interested in more than what we eat. I'm equally curious about how we eat.

Are we rushing? Distracted? Judging ourselves? Or can we begin to approach nourishment with presence, pleasure, and compassion?

The goal isn't perfection or another set of rules to follow. It's developing a relationship with food, our bodies, and ourselves that genuinely supports our health.

And sometimes people simply feel a quiet longing for something more: more connection, more authenticity, more ease, or a deeper sense of belonging in their own lives.

Wherever you find yourself, you don't have to arrive with the answers.

We begin with where you are.

For those navigating cancer or other serious health challenges, I offer emotional and lifestyle support alongside medical care, helping you feel more connected to your own voice and choices throughout the journey.

For those seeking lasting changes in health and everyday life, we explore what supports your well-being in a way that feels sustainable, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

An invitation

I don't believe we're here to become perfect versions of ourselves.

I believe we're here to discover what it means to be fully human.

To feel. To learn. To love. To stumble. To grow. To laugh. To begin again.

And perhaps, through it all, to remember that we are already worthy of the love and compassion we so freely offer others.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you for part of that journey.

Come as you are.

With love,

Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong?

I started this journey in human form, wondering why everyone was hiding from each other.

No more hiding

No more playing small

It’s time to show up and let our individuality shine

Each of us … made of stardust … with a gift to share

AND what key to unlock this gift?

HEART coherency!

Health, vitality and feeling whole, present, and full of joy are all linked with connection.

Since AMORE is who we truly are, why not claim our wholeness now?

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.”
